大家好，我是七(5)班的周欣吾桐，今天我演讲的题目是“争分夺秒，备战期中考”。同学们，时间匆匆，转眼间，又一个期中考的号角吹响了，面对下个星期的期中考，我们应该做些什么呢?首先，我们要好好利用时间，与时间赛跑。有人说：世界上最快的是时间;有人说：世界上最慢的也是时间;医生说：时间就是生命;农民说：时间就是粮食;同学们，我们说：时间就是知识，时间就是希望。同样的作业，同样的时间，有些同学不仅高效完成了老师布置的作业，还有空自行复习。可是有的同学却毫无目的，在有效的时间里做的都是无效的事情，这些同学其实没有充分利用好时间。要知道放弃时间的人，时间也放弃他。人生就像一条长长的跑道，一路上，如果你迟疑，如果你歇脚，如果你沿途睡个小觉，那么就会有很多人超越你，你就会被甩在队伍之后。
