标准服务培训心得体会
服务礼仪，看似简单，其实不然，正如黄经理所讲的是服务人员在与顾客接触或提供服务过程中应遵守的交往艺术，是一门学问。黄经理说以前我们都说顾客是上帝，现应改为顾客是朋友，因为对上帝只是一味地服从，而对朋友，你会处处为他着想，这是体现了我们金钥匙的满意加惊喜，也就是我们对客人要真心实意，不是像机器人般机械化地运作，这样，客人体会不到我们的真诚，热情，所以要打动顾客就要做到黄经理所说的那几点:解决问题，兑现承诺、陪同办理、细节人性化、服务快捷、给予外部咨询、有形产品令人放心。这些都是很重要的，要是我们能做到这些，就一定能让客人称心满意。还有黄经理讲到的换位原则，要站在客人的立场上看问题，就会想怎样的服务才是让人满意的，我们就会有服务意识，全心全意为客人服务。当客人向我们提出意见或不满时，我们不应该把其当作麻烦，一味地埋怨，我们而要把其当作是一个提升服务水平的机会，积极应对，这就是黄经理所讲的机遇原则。
