防灾减灾日国旗下讲话：防灾减灾 从我做起尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们大家早上好：灾难给人们带来的损失是巨大的，它直接威胁到人们的生命财产安全。我们每一个人都要树立防灾减灾意识，力争把灾害带来的损失降到最低程度。灾害有许多种：地震、酸雨、火灾、水土流失等。据调查，全国有许多地方发生大地震，如1976年唐山大地震，XX年汶川大地震等，均有数十万人死亡和受伤。其实，有些灾害是可以预防的。地震发生前，会有一些预兆。比如马等牲畜会挣脱缰绳，并疯狂地往外跑;正在冬眠的蛇会涌出洞外;蜜蜂会惊飞、逃窜……这些预兆可以让人们提前知道将要发生地震。如果发现动物有这些反常现象，必须先辨别真假，再向地震局报告，以防在先，及早撤离。发生地震时，还有很多自救的方法：地震了，如果被压在废墟底下，就不要盲目乱动，要冷静，先把手抽出来，慢慢地挪动废墟，保持呼吸顺畅，再想办法求救。如果在家里，必须马上钻到坚硬并且没有倒塌的小房间中躲避，保护好头部，以免砸伤。碰到火灾时，如果是小火，要及时扑来，但如果是大火，要立刻弯下腰，用手或手绢捂住口鼻，跑进卫生间，用水浇满整个卫生间，以防“闪火”。还要用水把身上浇湿。

写信息把握四大要素上稿率才高：总结挺到位
一是要删去一切可有可无的话，空话、套话，说了没错可是也没用的话，都应该毫不可惜地芟除。二是尽量少引用上级的精神。信息是给领导看的，对上级精神，领导同志是比较清楚的，所以信息中不要“反销”上级的精神，确有必要引用时，也要少而精。三是不要过多地强调某件事的重要意义，因为不说这些意义，领导同志也能领悟到，至多点到而已。四是不用过渡句，硬接硬转。领导同志每天阅读大量文书材料，对文件内容的理解能力很强，所以采取硬接硬转的方法，不仅不会造成理解上困难，而确能收到精简文字之效。五是多用省略句和简称。如“创三优”、“除六害”、“申办奥运”等。2.语序顺当。信息常常是一段成篇，不分段落，而靠内在逻辑衔接，因此语序上要非常讲究。信息语言的顺序，大致分为三种：一是按时间顺序，二是按事物发展的顺序，三是按逻辑顺序，如意义的轻重，事情的大小。不论按哪一种顺序写，一般都要采取“顺叙”的写法，而不采用“倒叙”的写法。
