装修合同
详见本合同附件(一)《施工内容及报价单》和施工图。《施工内容及报价单》和施工图乙方已经核算无误，如有漏项或根据装修工程常规、惯例而需施工（增加）的，均视为包含在《施工内容及报价单》和施工图中，乙方均应无条件进行施工，费用不增加。4、委托方式： 第二条 工期工程总工期共 日历天，除非经甲方负责人书面签字/盖章签证，否则工期不得顺延。工期签证只限于因甲方责任或不可抗力事件导致在施工关键线路上无法施工且乙方无法调整的情形。开工日期： 年 月 日 竣工日期： 年 月 日 第三条 工程价款及支付1、工程价款经双方协商按照包干价 元进行结算（大写： 元整），工程包干价为包含但不限于税金、管理费、人工、材料及其它构成该工程项目的一切费用的包干价款。本合同总价不因任何因素调整。因《施工内容及报价单》和施工图中漏项或乙方提出需增加施工内容、材料所需费用，双方明确都不予增加，合同包干价不作调整。临时停水、停电、二次搬运、成品保护等所需措施费所需措施的一切费用和工期乙方已充分考虑，并已考虑了各种可能因素影响施工所增加的费用，不论施工图是否明示，一个有经验的承包人应合理预见的事项（例如石材镜面处理等），均已包含在总价中，因此，发生上述情况，甲方不另行增加费用。
家 庭 装 修 合 同

设 备 维 修 合 同 书
经甲乙双方友好协商，由乙方承揽甲方3台搪瓷釜修理工作，双方本着平等互利、真诚合作原则，结合本工程具体情况，依据《中华人民共和国合同法》有关规定，签订本合同，具体条款如下：一、合同内容1.1、乙方承接甲方3台搪瓷釜修理工作。并按本合同规定的要求，经验收合格后交付甲方。1.2、项目内容见技术协议书。1.3、项目施工地点：山东鲁新化工有限公司1.4、交货期：合同签订后乙方开始准备工作，乙方须在规定工作日内安装、调试完毕，并交付甲方使用。 二、合同价格合同总价为人民币（大写）金额为：壹万元整，￥10000元，在双方未签订新的协议之前，任何一方不得修改此费用。三、结算方式 设备维修、维护完毕，甲方检定并验收后，乙方出具全额增值税发票，甲方在收到发票后一个周内支付给乙方合同总价的100％，人民币（大写）壹万元整，￥10000元。四、技术要求和技术标准4.1、详见双方技术协议书（合同附件）。4.2、要求设备维修、维护完毕后质量稳定可靠，操作方便。性能、精度应完全符合技术协议中的技术质量标准和相关行业标准。五、甲方承担的义务和责任向乙方提供设备改造所必须的技术资料。甲方负责管道的蒸、吹、洗等管线的置换，以及物料管线内的物料退返、隔离工作。以防拆除过程中生产物料的跑、冒、滴、漏的发生，或可能因物料的跑、冒、滴、漏的发生造成危险。有必要提供维修时的环境因素。
