尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：大家早上好！ 今天，我要和大家分享的话题是：《细节决定成败，刻苦成就未来》。“细节”，这似乎是个老生常谈的话题了，但是请你回忆一下：你是否还在忽略细节，是否已经在竭尽全力地做好每一件事？你是否还会认为迟到一两分钟无所谓，一次马马虎虎的作业没关系？如果都没有，那么请你再想想：你是否每次都把垃圾丢入垃圾桶？你是否在请别人做事时，加上“请”字，在归还别人的东西时，说一声“谢谢”？生活中的细节太多太多，一句话、一个动作、一个笔画、一个小数点，这些都是细节。细节是平凡的、具体的、零散的，也是容易被忽视的，但是一个不经意的细节，往往能够反映出一个人深层次的综合素质，有些时候，甚至会改变我们的人生方向，决定着事情的成败。成功者告诉我们，“做事不贪大，做人不计小”，事情不在于大小，而在于是否精细，要想比别人优秀，只有在每一件小事上比功夫。细节是通往博大精神的必由之径。

缅怀过去，展望未来老师们、同学们：大家早上好！今天我国旗下讲话的主题是：缅怀过去，展望未来。再过三天是“一二·九”运动75周年纪念日。今天，让我们怀着景仰的心情，一起来回顾75年前那个不平凡的日子，一起缅怀那些投身民族救亡运动的爱国青年。一二·九运动是由北平的青年学生在1935年12月9日发起的一场反帝爱国运动。九一八事变以后，华北局势岌岌可危，北平沦陷一触即发。为了挽救国家和民族，北平数千名学生在1935年12月9日举行了大规模的游行示威，发出了“停止内战，一致对外”的呐喊。第二天，北平学生举行了总罢课，继续斗争。学生们不屈不挠，英勇斗争的精神得到了全国人民的支持和响应，由此掀起了轰轰烈烈的全国抗日救亡运动。一二·九运动虽然已经过去七十五年，但这场运动中所折射出来的那种伟大的爱国主义精神，将永远激励着后人为祖国的发展，民族的兴亡奋勇前进。
