尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：大家上午好！我是来自xx班的。今天我国旗下讲话的题目是：独立个性对我们来说很重要。不知道大家对独立个性这个词语有怎么样的理解，我的第一反应是不依赖父母，自己的事情自己做。的确这是独立的基本大意，但独立个性好像不单单只是这样。对于一个具有独立个性的人来说，对自我价值的认可至关重要。每一个人都是一个独特的个体，每一个人的个性都有独特的一面。具有独立个性的人不仅是行动上的独立，更有思维上的独立；具有独立个性的人不会为自己的利益去做驾驭他人的事，不以自己的意志去束缚任何人，虽然以自我为中心，但却能尊重他人的意志和思想。拥有独立个性对自身来说也是终生受益。在我们的生活中，你是不是常常会发现有这样的同学。老师分享了一种学习方法，他就原样照搬，不顾自己的实际情况盲目实行，最后浪费了时间、精力，却收不到成效。

老师们同学们大家早上好：今天我要演讲的题目是“关爱艾滋病患者，消除歧视”。XX年12月1日，本周x是第29个“世界艾滋病日”。首先，请大家先来了解一下艾滋病的历史。艾滋病，1981年在美国首次发现和确认。全名为"获得性免疫缺陷综合症"，这种病毒终生传染，破坏人的免疫系统，使人体丧失抵抗各种疾病的能力。人体由于失去抵抗能力而感染其他的疾病导致各种复合感染而死亡。艾滋病病毒在人体内的潜伏期平均为12年至13年，在发展成艾滋病病人以前，病人外表看上去正常，他们可以没有任何症状地生活和工作很多年。今年，我国的宣传主题是“行动起来，向‘零’艾滋迈进”——“GettingtoZero”，意思是零新增感染、零歧视、零死亡。说到关于歧视的问题，我不得不谈到前两天在网上查到的一个调查报告，报告显示在美国艾滋病的普查率高达80%，而在中国，已经报告的感染者的数据与真正艾滋病感染者的数据相比只是“冰山的一角”。

中国教育报官方微信3月20日有一篇《一位校长惊人发现：孩子成绩好坏，居然与抽屉有关》。杭州实验外国语学校新学期有了一条新规定：学生抽屉整理的合格率达到95%以上的，班级任课教师可以集体拿到500元；合格率达到100%的，而且优秀率是年段最高的，可以获得学习习惯示范班级的荣誉。为什么要新增这样一条规定？中举了这样两个案例。下沙中考状元赵俊皓，抽屉无论什么时候都是最整齐的。不管你问他要什么资料，他都能准确说出在抽屉中的位置，并且第一时间取出。照他自己的理论就是“抽屉整齐，脑子清爽”。有一个男生，成绩还行，习惯很差，上节课发的试卷，下节课老师要讲评了，他竟然找不到了，即使找到了，也是一团纸，打开来是皱巴巴的。他的抽屉里，乱七八糟的东西很多，找一本作业本，要把抽屉里的东西都拿出来，像摆地摊一样。
