[幼儿园大班主题教案]超级变变变
樱花班为大班下学期，目前本班幼儿年龄大约在5岁左右，正是一个对各种事物充满好奇并具有丰富想象力的阶段。对物品制作有着各种各样的想法。同时樱花班是一个日式教育班，平时就十分注重培养了幼儿的动手能力，他们善于想象，勤于动手。值得一提的是，樱花班的家长对于班级工作一直以来都持非常配合的态度。更乐意协助教师共同完成废品收集工作。 我们希望通过这样的活动培养孩子们的动手动脑能力、创新能力和协调能力。并通过利用废材收集，废材制作等活动，从小树立正确的环保意识。 二、主题实施情况“超级变变变”的实施分为三个阶段，分别在第十周、十二周、十四周进行。在第十周，我们首先进行了废材的收集。我们在班级通知栏粘贴了“班级求助”。向各位家长征集家中所不需要的旧报纸、牛奶盒、各种瓶子、盒子。也在开班会时也请幼儿在平时注意收集。从中注意培养他们的环保意识。同时，也开始简单的报纸类制作。 第十周的活动主要内容 从表中可以看出，收玩具和给废材归类是孩子们不大喜欢的事情。因为孩子们不是不会收拾，而是孩子们在收拾玩具的时候，有一个普遍的心理“不是我搞的。”“不是我带来的。”因此，教师应在这个方面注意加以引导。 第十二周活动主要内容 （根据收集到的废材而定）
疫情开学语文教学的工作计划
1. 监管力度不一，学习效率参差。 线上学习，有部分家长很重视，为孩子提供了安静的学习环境，部分学生也很自律，能按时听课、积极思考、完成各项课内课外练习。但不排除存在家长无条件提供好的学习环境，学生缺乏自控能力的现象。我校生源一大部分是新居民子女，线上教学的中后期，学生家长绝大部分外出务工，学生的学习几乎处于“放任自流”的状态。孩子缺少大人的监督，不自觉更体现无疑，上课不专心，不记笔记，甚至不上课的也都存在，更别说语文的口头朗读、背诵作业和笔头的听写作业等的落实了。学生上课的参与率不保障，学校效率也参差不齐，两级分化明显。

十、教学后记：这是我实习中上的第一堂课，由于没有经验，对时间的把握不好，课堂前半部分留给学生思考回答问题的时间太多了，以至于没有完成本课时的教学内容，对《箜篌引》、《桃花扇》、《闻官军收河南河北》内容的补充要留到下节课才能完成。但课堂过程中以讨论和结果发布会的形式非常能调动学生的学习积极性，这节课学生的参与度很高，绝大部分的同学都能积极思考，并敢于回答问题。但是在学生回答问题后，有些答案很好，也是我没有思考到的。但是除了简单的表扬鼓励外，我不善于把学生的思考结果与自己的板书设计结合起来，授课过程中比较拘泥于教案，显得不够灵活。总的来说，这节课的优点是教态自然、大方，声音清晰洪亮，能调动学生学习的积极性，不足在于时间掌握不好，拘泥于教案。
